| (in English) | Appearance inspection is an important task for maintaining quality and is performed at various places in the manufacturing process. However, Since this process requires manpower, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases. In the future, we plan to further improve the inspection accuracy and expand the number of target products by generalizing the equipment. In this paper, PaDiMcite{PaDiM} was used after integrating and trimming the appearance image of the optical lens as preprocessing. The results were then classified as good and defective products by using a voting process. As a comparison of pretreatment, the effectiveness of the proposed method was confirmed by conducting a comparative experiment with the integration method and the presence or absence of trimming. As a result, we were able to obtain a result of 81.79% in F-mesure, which is the harmonic mean of accuracy and reproducibility. |
