In this research, we investigate dynamic behavior the operation of a power conversion circuit with a thermoelectric module (TEM) connected as the power source. First, we show the circuit model. Next, we derive the Poincaré map, which discretizes the inductor current and capacitor voltage at each clock cycle.
Then, we calculate the one-parameter bifurcation diagrams for the cases with DC power supply and thermoelectric module based on the Poincaré map. Finally, we compare the one-parameter bifurcation diagrams and clarify the qualitative properties of a power conversion circuit with a thermoelectric module (TEM). |
