Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) For a successful co-creation project, it is important to make employees motivated for a cooperative attitude and behavior. This paper reports the results of questionnaire survey to investigate the effectiveness of building rapport with care workers by polite opening explanation and s small workshop experience. The survey was conducted at the beginning of co-creation project to improve their daily tasks or to create a novel health care service. The opening explanation focused on conveying an initiator’s intention, consideration for intervention in their daily tasks and working environments. The workshops consisted of two trials; 2-times event to extract/analyze problems of daily tasks and a 3-times event to design a leaflet to introduce their nursing facility. The survey resulted in a slightly increased motivation for a cooperation of the project.
