Basic performances of a swarm intelligence algorithm based on spiking oscillator networks
Tomoyuki Sasaki (SIT), Hidehiro Nakano (TCU) NLP2021-43
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Spiking oscillator networks are simply coupling systems of plural spiking oscillators, which generate various synchronization or asynchronization phenomena. In this paper, Optimizer based on spiking neural-oscillator networks (OSNN) is proposed, which is introduced into asynchronaization dynamics of spiking oscillator networks. In OSNN, a single particle consists of plural spiking oscillators, which searches its own 1-dimensional search space and connects each other through a network topology. In order to verify effectiveness of OSNN, we demonstrate numerical simulations through IEEE CEC’13 benchmark functions.
