Spiking oscillator networks are simply coupling systems of plural spiking oscillators, which generate various synchronization or asynchronization phenomena. In this paper, Optimizer based on spiking neural-oscillator networks (OSNN) is proposed, which is introduced into asynchronaization dynamics of spiking oscillator networks. In OSNN, a single particle consists of plural spiking oscillators, which searches its own 1-dimensional search space and connects each other through a network topology. In order to verify effectiveness of OSNN, we demonstrate numerical simulations through IEEE CEC’13 benchmark functions. |
