(in English) One of the requirements for the sixth generation mobile communication system (6G) is extreme high data rate and capacity, and radio access technologies (RAT) to provide over-100 Gbps data rate is being discussed. To achieve 100 Gbps, exploiting higher frequency bands between 100 GHz and 300 GHz with wider bandwidth than 5G, i.e., sub-terahertz bands, is a promising approach. This report presents and discusses a variety of issues to design 6G-RAT at sub-terahertz bands, from the viewpoint of radio propagation, radio devices, modulation and demodulation scheme, and air interface.
