Noise mechanism during acceleration/deceleration in electric vehicles

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) By simultaneously measuring the vehicle condition and the antenna-induced voltage, it was found that an impulse-shaped antenna-induced voltage is generated during acceleration / deceleration, which exacerbates noise in the AM band. Furthermore, by simultaneously measuring the antenna-induced voltage and the shaft voltage of the drive shaft, it was confirmed that the impulse-shaped antenna-induced voltage was synchronized with the shaft voltage. In addition, by simultaneously measuring the shaft voltage of the MG shaft, transmission, and drive shaft, it was clarified that the impulse-shaped shaft voltage is mechanically generated by the contact and opening of the gears, which are the components of the transmission.
