Evaluation of Accuracy in Frequency Domain Equalization with Equivalent Low-pass Model of Distributed Amplifier

(in English) In the estimation of the channel function for a circuit and the accuracy evaluation of distortion compensation using Frequency Domain Equalization (FDE), the evaluation is usually performed by inputting a band signal to the circuit using a circuit simulator. However, when a band signal is used, there is a problem that the amount of calculation is large and the calculation operation becomes complicated. On the other hand, in this paper, we propose an FDE accuracy evaluation method that performs all calculations in the equivalent low-frequency system by using the equivalent low-frequency model of the Distributed Amplifier (DA) to simplify the calculation. In addition, the accuracy evaluation of channel estimation and distortion compensation in DA's FDE was shown by simulation using the proposed FDE accuracy evaluation method. As a result, the error vector amplitude of the channel estimation showed a good value, and it was shown that the signal accuracy of the distortion compensation was improved as compared with that before the distortion compensation was implemented.
