(in English) The IRS (Intelligent Reflecting Surface), which enables control of propagation characteristics, is attracting attention as a technology that greatly improves energy utilization efficiency in 6th generation mobile communication systems. In addition, cell-free networks are being actively researched as a new network architecture that solves the problem of inter-cell interference in conventional cellular networks. In this report, we consider a cell-free network that includes the IRS. We propose a QUBO formulation to optimize IRS reflection coefficients by quantum computing when performing MIMO communication with users in a shadowing environment. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed QUBO formulation and clarify that MIMO can achieve more efficient communication than OFDMA and TDMA.
