Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We propose a method to detect the chirp signal, which is a target echo, by atomic norm minimization, assuming that the radar detects a target in iso-accelerated linear motion. The proposed method is formulated as a semi-positive definite programming problem. When the proposed method is applied to a case, the number of elements of the chirp signal is correctly estimated and the difference between the estimated and true values of the chirp rate and frequency is within the resolution.
