RRI Measurement Results of Several Persons by a VHF-band Small Loop Antenna with an Adaptive Matching Circuit

(in English) There is a radio wave sensor as one of the methods to acquire RRIs without contact. We use a small VHF band antenna that detects nearby electromagnetic fields with low radiation efficiency to reduce the reflection of radio waves from the surroundings. In addition, we use a configuration and algorithm that controls the variable matching circuit according to changes in sensor installation conditions, including individual differences such as body shape. In this paper, we apply these proposed methods to four subjects and show that the accuracy of RRIs is improved in all subjects.
