Numerical Analysis for Inspection Policies which Minimize the Expected Cost Rate

(in English) We consider some modified sequential inspection policies which minimize the expected cost rates
and show its numerical examples using Iterative method. At first, we explain the standard sequential inspection policy which minimizes the expected cost rate when the failure distribution is Weibull. Furthermore, we show computation method to obtain optimal inspection times. This computation method is known from early stage in study of inspection policy. In this paper, we explain it as Iterative method algorithm. Next, we treat a model considering finite number of inspection and one with finite interval to operate. For these models, we obtain the expected cost rates, and discuss optimal inspection times which minimize the expected cost rates numerically.
