Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In order to provide products and services that are optimized to the values of each consumer, biometric information such as heart rate variability and electroencephalogram is useful for estimating values and preferences from the consumer's unconscious. In this report, we create a heart rate variability spectrogram (HRVS) while a subject is viewing a still image, and create a scalogram by using continuous wavelet transform in addition to the temporal differential change of the spectrogram. From these, we consider whether human preferences can be discriminated using a trained convolutional neural network (CNN) and a support vector machine (SVM). Specifically, transfer learning is performed on the trained models of VGG16, ResNet50, and Inception-V3. Using these models, we extracted the features of HRVS and discriminated the subject's preference using SVM.
