| 抄録 | （和） | 超高齢化の世界的な進行で要介護者の数が年々増加し，福祉施設や人材不足が社会状況になっている．施設介護から在宅介護へ転換する傾向になる反面，家族介護者に精神的，肉体的な負担がかかる．こうした背景から，我々のグループでは，在宅介護現場を支援することに目指し，これまでに MMDAgent と，IoTやクラウドと連携し，多様な対話型エージェントを用いたサービスを研究・開発していた．しかしながら，従来の多くの関連サービスでは，在宅介護現場ごとにシステムの環境設定が必要とされ，対話シナリオは開発者側に強く依存し，さらに，音声対話の多言語対応は難しかった．本研究の目的は，在宅介護現場における IT の非専門家でも，柔軟性を備える対話型エージェントを簡便に利用することである．アプローチとして，エージェント対話フレームワークを提案し，ケーススタディから，それに基づくインタラクションの考察を行う．キーアイディアは，対話シナリオの設定も対話型エージェントの運用も Web サービスとして，Web ブラウザとクラウドサーバとの連携により，双方向にサービスを実現することであり，特定のソフトウェアやロボット機器を必要とせず，インターネット経由で，Webブラウザから対話型エージェントを設定・運用する．これによって，在宅介護者のメンタルヘルスや，在宅要介護者の服薬リマインダー，在宅介護現場の困りごとの収集・共有を，対象者とエージェントとの音声対話を通して，実現することが期待できる． |
| （英） | With the process of super-aging in the world, the number of people who need long-term care is increasing year by year. The social situation is that welfare facilities and human resources are insufficient. Although there is a trend of shifting from institutional care to home care, the physical and mental burden of home care workers is heavy. In this background, our team has been researching and developing assistive technology using MMDAgent, IoT, and cloud technologies for home care. However, in many conventional related services, it was necessary to set up a system environment for each home care place. The dialogue scenario depends to a large extent on the developer, and it was difficult to support multilingual voice dialogue. The purpose of this paper is to make it easy for non-IT experts of home care environments to use flexible interactive agents. As the approach, we proposed an agent dialog frame, and considered the interaction based on the frame through case study. The key idea is to realize the service in both directions by linking the web browser and the cloud server, setting the dialogue scene and operating the interactive agent as a web service.Users can set up and operate interactive agents through a web browser over the Internet, without the need for specific software or robotic equipment. In this way, it can be expected to realize the mental health of family caregivers through the voice dialogue between the target person and the agent, the medication reminder to the family care recipient, and the collection and sharing of problems in the home care setting. | |
