Study on an efficient evaluation of temperature dependence for a dielectric thin film by a circular cavity resonator method

(in English) It is inefficient to evaluate temperature dependence for a dielectric thin film with thickness of 100 um or below by a circular cavity resonator method because this evaluation procedure takes long time to stabilize the temperature. In this study, in order to improve the efficiency of this evaluation procedure, we propose a procedure that can evaluate temperature dependence in a short time. Temperature dependence of PTFE films with a thickness of about 50 um are measured using 36 GHz band resonator by various measurement conditions for temperature and humidity control. As a result, the proposed procedure has five times efficient than the conventional one by using air dryers and starting high temperature side.
