Wearable devices equipped with vital sensors have been attracting attention as a method to acquire medical information continuously. It is problem to charge and replace the battery of the wearable devices. Wireless power transfer is the method to solve the power supply problem. In this work, we aim to improve the rf-dc conversion efficiency of the rectifier circuit on wireless power transfer. We fabricated a single-shunt rectifier circuit with a Class-F load. As a result of measurement, the maximum rf-dc conversion efficiency of 79.8% was achieved. |
