In order to realize smart factory which is appeared in the concepts of Society 5.0 and Industry 4.0, wireless Internet of things (IoT) becomes a key technology. Inside of the factory, there are heavy data traffics exist between robots and automated guided vehicle (AGV) with wireless access point (AP) and high speed moving and rotating objects with wireless sensor node (SN). Currently, wireless systems used for wireless IoT are limited such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, radio frequency identification (RFID) system and so on. Since these system's frequency bands are limited and narrow, the interference between these systems becomes severe. In previous works, we proposed a simplified beam forming wireless IoT communication using novel Wi-Fi backscatter system to notify the existence of SN who wants to send its data to AP. In this paper, we investigate a multiple access scheme in the proposed Wi-Fi backscatter system. As a protocol that allows a large number of SNs to efficiently send information to the AP, we proposed a novel protocol for the proposed Wi-Fi backscatter system with three states: the SN detection phase, the fast rotation phase, and the slow rotation and stop phase. Finally, the feasibility of the multiple access method of multiple SN rotating at high speed of around 1,000 rpm was examined. |
