| 抄録 | （和） | 静止立位の研究では身体動揺が少なく安定していることがよいとされてきたが，日常生活では，静止していることが目的であるよりも次の動作の準備状態として立位していることも多い．本研究では，静止立位状態からの動き出しやすさに注目し，動き出しやすい立位を「機能的立位」と名付け，その特性を実験的に検討した．まず，機能的立位と推測される立位として①運動準備状態，②運動直後状態，③足趾訓練後，④「骨で立つ」状態の4種類を設定し，通常立位とのあいだで姿勢や床反力中心（COP），足裏接地面の性質を比較した．その結果，一部の条件で，姿勢やCOP 速度の DFA（detrended fluctuation analysis）などの指標に変化が見られたものの，その特性を明確に規定することはできなかった．一方，④「骨で立つ」状態からの歩き出し時の身体運動を計測したところ，通常立位状態と比較して歩き出し時の上下動が減少しより安定して素早く動けることが明らかになった． |
| （英） | Quiet standing has been regarded as the posture to be stable and have less body sway. In our daily life, however, we usually stand for preparing to start some actions (e.g., walking) rather than for keeping standing quietly. In the present study, we focused on such mobility of standing posture, and experimentally studied the characteristics of the standing postures easy to start moving (named “functional standing”). We chose four conditions that could be functional standing ①being prepared to start action, ②having finished motor exercises, ③after foot-figure training, and ④“piling up bones” state, and analyzed the body posture, behavior of center of pressure(COP) of ground reaction force and foot prints. Although some features in these conditions were different from those in usual quiet standing, we could not find any specific and consistent tendency. Nevertheless, we confirmed that in ④“piling up bones” states, people surely started walking more quickly with less movement fluctuation, which support that this posture can be a “functional standing”. | |
