The purpose of this study is to build a private data transmission environment that enables real-time monitoring of service implementation status. We investigated and compared several communication method using 920 MHz band that can build a private communication network. Secondary, we evaluated the cost-effective IEEE 802.11ah in our anechoic chamber. In this evaluation, we measured the number of retransmissions of control packets due to loss of the control packets and the response packets for HEMS passing in wireless section. Through the evaluation, we confirmed that 802.11ah is useful communication method that can withstand practical use, and obtained the prospect that the utilization of 802.11ah is effective for the data sharing required to realize bidirectional power interchange between multiple off-grid facilities in rural areas of developing countries. |
