​Wearable vital sensor configuration technology with excellent maintainability and functionality -- Implementation of low power consumption and real-time FIR filter using ARM chip --

(in English) In recent years, there has been a growing demand for the construction of advanced safety and security social systems that link AI with IoT sensor information, such as aging degradation of social infrastructure, disaster prevention, and health management. This study aims at the establishment of "IoT sensor configuration technology enabling maintenance-free and semi-permanent operation" which is one of the problems for the rapid increase in demand of future IoT sensor. Specifically, we fabricated a wearable vital sensor for ECG signals as an IoT sensor, evaluated its linearity and frequency characteristics, enabled acquisition of ECG signals that met the required conditions, and achieved a sensor operating power consumption of 2.97 mW. In addition, "Intermittent operation type low power consumption technology" by Deep Sleep mode and Burst transmission was proposed, and LPF using the FIR filter was designed on the chip, and noise removal in real-time was realized.
