Packet level Index Modulation is a modulation method that can expand the transmission capacity without changing the existing LPWA (Low Power Wide Area)communication standards.
In this paper, the theoretical transmission channel capacity is calculated.
In this modulation scheme, time is treated in slots and there are multiple channels through which packets can be transmitted.
In order to comply with the provisions of the LPWA, only one packet is sent per 10 slots.
In general, N packets can be sent in 10N slots.
We calculate the communication path capacity for this model. |
