Fast algorithm for low-rank tensor completion in multi-way delay embedded space

(in English) In recent years, low-rank tensor completion using delay embedding has been an important technique. In order to capture shift invariant features of signals, this technique performs low-rank tensor decomposition for higher order tensor given by the delay embedding along each mode of the original missing tensor. However, because the number of orders of the tensor after delay embedding is twice and its number of elements increases exponentially, the computation time and memory requirement are serious problems. In this paper, we propose a dramatically fast algorithm exploiting Hankel structure that delay embedding tensor has and using computation in Fourier space. As a result, we experimented that the proposed method approximately 100x faster than the naive one.
