Compensation of Clutter Loss Considering Antenna Height Difference and Dominant Path for Spectrum Sharing

(in English) In recent years, spectrum sharing technology is attracting attention to solve the problem of spectrum shortage. In order to maximize the spectrum utilization efficiency while avoiding interference from the Secondary User to the Primary User, it is necessary to perform highly accurate propagation estimation. In this paper, we propose an improved clutter loss model by compensating the clutter loss considering antenna height difference and dominant path.Tthe evaluation results of the propagation estimation accuracy show that the proposed method can accurately predict clutter loss due to significant clutter. In addition, the evaluation results of spectrum sharing performance show that the spectrum sharing performance is improved by using the proposed method as compared with the original ITU-R P.2108 clutter loss model and empirical model.
