(in English) Since the permittivity of FR-4 substrate has a frequency dispersion property, transmission characteristics change significantly in the GHz band. In this research, the purpose is to develop an FDTD analysis tool implemented frequency dispersion in the GHz band. Approximation formula from the permittivity measured by the Balanced-type circular disk resonator is defined. The characteristics of frequency dispersion is implemented to the FDTD analysis by using the Fast Inverse Laplace Transform (FILT) and the Prony method. The transmission characteristics
