(in English) We present a Micro Electro Mechanically Systems (MEMS) based tunable Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) for Swept Source Optical Coherence Tomography (SS-OCT). Carefully designed single mode short cavity VCSEL and a robust Silicon On Insulator (SOI) MEMS based diaphragm mirror with a high reflective coating enables a widely tunable high speed swept VCSEL operating over a wide temperature. We also explained our SS-OCT system briefly with an eye ball OCT image.
