[Poster Presentation] Sensitivity improvement of phase-modulated fiber optic interferometer-based dynamic displacement measurement

(in English) In this study, we investigated sensitivity improvement of a dynamic displacement measurement system composed of a phase-modulated fiber optic interferometer and a spatial optical system. In the previous system, displacement measurement was difficult for less than -30 dBm of the reflected optical power. The newly developed system can measure the dynamic displacement including high-frequency vibration even for the reflected power of -50 dBm, especially by the introduction of balanced detection, which was confirmed by multiple measurements.
