New supercomputer named "Flow" began service at July 1st, 2020 at Information Technology Center of Nagoya University. "Flow" provides multiple sub calculation systems and each one has its own characteristics. Especially, because Type II sub system has four NVIDIA Tesla V100 GPUs at each compute nodes, this sub system is suitable for using machine-learning applications. In this report, we describe constructions and characteristics of "Flow" and the way of the usage for medical imaging. |
