A management system for injection molding machines

(in English) Injection molding factories, they produce a huge amount of products, have to monitor and record a production. A small to medium-sized injection modeling companies are still manage this information by human work. It causes a human error of the record, increase of the working hours, and low productivity.
For these reason, in this study, so as to improve the productivity of the injection molding factories, we have developed an remote management system for injection molding machines in collaboration with Tycoh Co.&Ltd. The developed system employed an inexpensive wireless microcontroller and distance sensor. It accurately counted and recorded the number of press.
