Toward better student-created questions by collaboration

(in English) Learning by creating question is known to have a positive impact as students are enabled to develop higher-order thinking skills and achieve richer knowledge generation. However, creating high level questions is not easy. In this paper, we present an approach to solve this issue, adopting an idea generation model of gathering, generation, and refinement. The proposed collaboration process consists of a sequence of individual working steps of students. Utilizing off-the-shelf online tools on the Internet, we have implemented an online collaborative learning with students' question creation and refinement activities to improve the quality of students’ created questions.
