High Accuracy Location Estimation Using the Last Received Data on Time Series in Fingerprint Method

(in English) As a location detection method without using GPS, there is a fingerprint method. It measures the received radio wave power transmitted from multiple base stations at each location in advance and estimates the location by pattern matching with the received radio wave power of base stations measured at each terminal. In the fingerprint method, the more base stations a terminal can receive, the more accurate the position estimation is. The number of base stations received by the terminal is small in urban area because the radio waves are blocked by high rise buildings. In this paper, we propose a high accuracy fingerprint method by using the last received power of terminal on time series which can increase the base station numbers virtually and clarify the position estimation accuracy of proposed method.
