Study on Numerical Error of De-embedding Method by Cylindrical Wave Expansion for Two-dimensional Reverberation Chambers

(in English) The de-embedding method using cylindrical wave expansion is expected to be applied to design by separating the effect of stirrers on the electromagnetic field in reverberation chambers. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the numerical calculation in order to calculate the response to high-order cylindrical waves and the cylindrical wave expansion with high truncation order in the region near the scatterer. In this report, the numerical errors in the de-embedding method are classified by performing higher precision calculations that increase the number of digits in numerical calculations compared to the commonly used double type. Furthermore, a guideline for determining an appropriate truncation order is derived.
