Two types of flows admission control method for maximizing all user satisfaction considering seek-bar operation

(in English) In recent years, the available network bandwidth is decreasedby increasing the mobile devices such as a smartphone or tablet. QoS(Quality of Service) control is required to guarantee the communication quality for users of the network. As one of QoS control techniques, which judges a new arrival flow can be accommodate in the network has been proposed. A conventional admission control methods that focus on the user's cooperative behavior have been proposed. In general, some users move to seek-bar to reduce video time. However, this conventional method did not assume this users behavior. In this paper, we propose an admission control to maximize user satisfaction by considering this users behavior to reduce video time. We evaluate our proposed method by numerical analysis using queuing theory and show the effectiveness of our proposed method.
