[Poster Presentation] A study on loudspeaker measurement with reflection cancellation for each frequency in a reflective environment

(in English) When the impulse response is measured in an ordinary room, the reflected sounds are superimposed on the direct sound (loudspeaker impulse response). Therefore, the loudspeaker impulse response is measured in an anechoic chamber or anechoic box. However, since these facilities are very expensive, a method of measuring the loudspeaker impulse response in an ordinary room is strongly required. A possible method is to cancel the reflections using the direct sound wave form before they arrive. However, this method is not sufficiently effective. In this study, we examined the conditions required for reflection cancellation and proposed a method of reflection cancellation for each frequency using time-frequency analysis. Experiments in a real environment show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
