A Note on Abnormal Motion Detection of River Users on CCTV Videos Based on Weakly Supervised Anomaly Detection Algorithm

(in English) In this paper, we investigate abnormal motion detection of river users on Closed-Circuit Television videos (CCTV videos) based on a weakly supervised anomaly detection algorithm.
Our previous method showed the potential of an anomaly detection algorithm that trains with only CCTV videos that were recorded normal motion of river users for abnormal motion detection.
However, it is assumed that the CCTV videos that are recorded abnormal motion of river users contain important information for detection.
In the experiment in this paper, we verify the effectiveness of a weakly supervised anomaly detection algorithm that trains by combining a large number of normal videos and a small number of abnormal videos.
