In order to quickly realize a high-performance and power-saving embedded image processing device, it is effective to use hardware for image processing using automatic hardware (high-level synthesis) of the software. However, high-level synthesis cannot convert software that does not consider hardware into high-performance and power-saving hardware. In this paper, we propose a software description method for high-level synthesis that replicates histograms in series and pipelines the processing before and after the histogram, and demonstrates the effects of the proposed method through actual machine experiments. |
