Distributed online subgradient method over unbalanced directed graphs

(in English) This paper considers a constrained distributed online optimization problem over strongly connected unbalanced directed networks, where a cost function of each agent varies over time.
The performance of the proposed method is evaluated by a metric called a regret.
We show that a logarithmic regret bound can be achieved by the proposed method with strongly convex cost functions.
We illustrate the validity of our method through a numerical example of a distributed estimation of an initial distribution over a diffusion field.
