| (in English) | In the Strategic Information and Communications R & D Promotion Programme (SCOPE), the first call for applications for the “Wireless COE R&D Program” was conducted this year with the aim of supporting young wireless researchers and creating new wireless technologies. In this program, joint R&D will be carried out and an open research environment will be established. Further, guidance on research activities by mentors will be provided. The proposal from ATR was adopted. In the first presentation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will explain the background, purpose, and outline of the program. In the next presentation, the outline of the proposal and the status of its efforts will be explained by the adopters. Finally, we will discuss with researchers and engineers in this session to make this program more constructive. | |
