In this study, we focus on cognitive reflection of a sports player, and aim to clarify examining factors that cause a sports player to conflict with a leader using a note about extracurricular activities and semi-structured interview by clinical psychologist. As a method, we collected a speech data about a player who described in a note about conflict with a leader in the past. Next, we analyzed a speech data by SCAT. As a result, The theory was described that “a player has a desire self expression through play, while a player feels the dilemma of hesitating the body expression from the fear targeted by a leader.” and, “a player tries to speculate a leader who has team management authority such as playtime and selection of players”. |
