Reduction of number of signals on controlling reaction systems

(in English) We proposed a mathematical framework in which we can choose arbitrary boolean function to be computed by controlling reaction systems with external control signal sequences. Control systems for computing boolean functions or automaton tend to be of much complexity in the number of control symbols. In order to reduce the number of control symbols, it was required to design control systems carefully according to each computing mechanism. In this paper, we propose a general method to reduce the number of signals of control systems, which can be applied to any computing machinery implemented in reaction systems.
