Yoshihiko Kozai, Takashi Handa (SAITEC), Takashige Iba, Sakumura Keisuke (JASPEC) WIT2019-36
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The strength of the wheelchair is prescribed by JIS or ISO, and the security of the user is planned. But, currently, the JIS wheelchair test dummy is different from the ISO's. Therefore, we inspected the strain of the wheelchair at the time of the running durability test using to each wheelchair test dummies. As a result, it was revealed that the strain of JIS is bigger than ISO. Therefore, There is the potential that the load of the wheelchair will be big in the latest ISO running endurance test.
