(in English) Air turbulence is the most significant cause of aviation accidents. As a way to reduce the number of such accidents, we have developed the onboard air turbulence detection system based on coherent Doppler lidar. This report describes the principle and configuration of the developed airborne coherent Doppler lidar, and explains measurement examples of the flight test conducted in 2017.
