Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In synthetic aperture terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) imaging, the correlation of the waves reflected from the target is high, which degrades the image of the adjacent target. To reduce the correlation, the authors virtually generate signals received by multiple equally spaced linear array antennas from signals received by an array antenna arranged in an arc. A position estimation method that applies spatial averaging and MUSIC algorithm to virtual signals is proposed. In this report, we report the results of applying this method to THz-TDS measurement data.
