Power Receiving Eight-Power-Dividing Radial Line Slot Array Antennas for 5.8-GHz-Band Beam-Type Wireless Power Transmission System

(in English) In this paper, we design an power receiving eight-power-dividing radial line slot antenna (RLSA) for 5.8-GHz-band beam-type wireless power transmission. The feeding part of the RLSA has eight microstrip lines and the feeding and radiating parts are designed separately. Full structure simulation shows 78% antenna efficiency. Using a power sending RLSA and the designed receiving RLSA, transmission system with 30-cm Tx-Rx distance is analyzed by finite element method (FEM) and shows 63.6% total transmission and 7.6% – 8.5% transmission to each port.
