On Attacking Next-Generation Public-Key Cryptography by Using LASOLV

(in English) This paper proposes a method for attacking the LWE cryptography (lattice-based next-generation public-key cryptography) by using a quantum-inspired machine. An LWE problem is coded as a logical formula,
transformed to a conjunctive normal form, reduced to a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization problem, and solved by a quantum-inspired machine. We applied this method to a problem in Toy Challenge of the benchmark site (TU Darmstadt LWE Challenge) and con red to solve it by using the coherent Ising machine "LASOLV" developed
by NTT.
