[Poster Presentation] Toward an experimental verification of the photon propagation paradox

(in English) Recently, it has been shown theoretically that the use of quantum interference between a position-like state with a position width $SDelta$x and a momentum-like state with a momentum width $SDelta$p allows us to test the straightness of the propagation of quantum particles. Following the proposal, our goal is to show a direct evidence of the violation of straight line propagation for quantum particles. In the experiment, we use photons as quantum particles and utilize a Sagnac interferometer for realizing the initial superposition state of position and momentum. In this presentation, we are reporting the present status of the experiment.
