An application of reinforcement learning in anti-jamming mechanism of mobile robot path planning with co-safe temporal logic specifications

(in English) This paper provides a method for mobile robot path planning with syntactically co-safe Linear Temporal Logic (scLTL) specifications to protect realizable communication between a mobile robot and applications from jamming attacks. To this end, we construct a product Markov decision process (MDP) using scLTL specifications and MDP. The MDP is used for policy learning and scLTL specifications are used to check whether the designed multiple tasks are accomplished in the product MDP. An anti-jamming mechanism based on reinforcement learning is proposed to learn an optimal path avoiding jamming attacks. Simulation results show that our method can learn an optimal control policy that avoids jamming attacks.
