Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In spin dynamics in ferromagnetic/nonmagnetic bilayers, several phenomena are mixed such as spin torque diode effect caused by spin orbital torque, reverse spin hall effect caused by spin pumping, etc. Furthermore, we recently reported that the ferromagnetic material produces heat during ferromagnetic resonance. The phenomenon is called FMR heating and it generates thermal spin current. In this experiment, we prepare two samples. One is Pt/CoFeB/Si and the other is CoFeB/Pt/Si. By comparing the difference of Stacking order, we argued and analyzed.
