Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) An optical microcavity device introducing 2D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite was fabricated, and its optical properties (reflection・PL spectrum, transient PL, etc.) were evaluated. From the reflection spectrum measurement, we can observe the split anti-crossing modes (UP / LP) indicating the strong coupling state of CHEPbI4 excitons and cavity photons, and the Rabi-splitting energy reaches 160 meV. By exciting at 405nm pulsed laser, the coexistence of CHEPbI4 excitons and α-NPD excitons was confirmed in the microcavity, and then CHEPbI4 excitons and α-NPD excitons were found to form a strong-coupling and a weak-coupling with cavity photons, respectively. On the other hand, in the low-Q cavity, it was also found that the CHEPbI4 excitons hold both strong and weak coupling states with the cavity photons.
