[Poster Presentation] A Simplified Estimation Method of Propagation Loss considering Blocking Vehicles in V2V Communication Environments

(in English) The amount of calculation loads increases when calculating the propagation loss considering blocking vehicles by the ray tracing in V2V communication environments. In order to solve this problem, we have proposed a method using the blocking ratio of the first Fresnel zone for consideration of the influence of blocking vehicles so far. In this paper, with the proposed method we find the difference from the propagation loss calculated by UTD (Uniform Theory of Diffraction) and evaluate the accuracy of the estimation.
