Study on a Module for Contactless Power and Signal Transfer for Arm Robot

(in English) he arm robot is controlled by power and control signals sent from the controller by independent wiring for each servo motor that moves each joint. The purpose of this report is to keep all the wiring in the arm and to transmit power without contact at the joint. Therefore, how to cope with a large level difference between power and signal, how to supply signal and power to / from each joint from the bus line, and how to withstand the poor electromagnetic environment in the factory are the main factors. It is a difficult task. In order to deal with these problems, a method of separating the signal and the power bus line is selected, and a method of using a filter (diplexer) for performing the exchange of power / signals between the controller and each arm is being examined. Making a control signal wireless by using an antenna may cause an accident due to interference between arm robots or interference with other devices since there are many arm robots and important devices in the factory.
Since this still does not solve the fundamental problem, the goal is to set the target earlier and consider the application in the IoT era, and to simultaneously transmit control signals.
