Adaptive Matching Circuit Using FET Switch for Resonator-Coupled WPT System

(in English) When switching the capacitance with an FET switch in an adaptive matching circuit, the off-capacitance between the drain and source cannot be ignored.Conversely, if the gate width is shortened in order to reduce the off-capacitance, the on-resistance increases and the loss increases.Therefore, in this report, we propose a new design methodof variable capacitance circuit that can obtain a desired capacitance value even when there is large off-capacitance.
